07:45 – 08:15: Pick-up from Nha Trang city center and transfer to the pier.

Yes, the 3-island group tour provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or the city center. For guests staying farther away (such as North Nha Trang, Boma Resort, Alibu, Amiana), there is a surcharge of 50,000 VND per person. For the Hon Tam 1-island tour, pick-up is not included; guests need to make their own way to Hon Tam Pier.

2. What is the check-in procedure at the pier?

For the 3-island Nha Trang tour (group or private), guests are required to provide personal information such as full name and year of birth. Please inform your tour guide or the person in charge. For the Hon Tam 1-island tour, departing from Hon Tam Pier, regulations are more flexible.

3. Can I bring pets on the tour?

According to current policy, pets are not allowed at Nha Trang's island attractions.

4. What are the children's ticket prices?

For the Hon Tam tour, children's tickets are 70% of the adult price. For other island tours, the child's ticket is 100,000 VND less than the adult price. Children’s tickets are for those between 100 cm and 139 cm tall.

5. Which pier do the island tours depart from?

Hon Tam 1-island tours depart from Hon Tam Pier (Vinpearl Cable Car area).
3-island group tours and private island tours to Hon Tam depart from Nha Trang Tourist Boat Pier.

6. What about senior ticket prices?

For Hon Tam tours, senior tickets are the same price as children’s tickets, for guests aged 60 and above.
